Carl’s leadership spans senior management roles with top telecom operators and international corporations. He played a key role on the leadership team that launched Aliv, the new telecom operator in the Bahamas, and served as General Manager for Aliv in the Bahamas. Previously, he served as General Manager of Digicel Business in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, and was instrumental in bridging business communities as Chairman of the Diaspora Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Haiti, where he also served as a board member for four consecutive years.
